I've added a new website to my "personal" tab in Firefox. I update it and check it everyday.

It's called Fit Day~
Now don't freak out...they advertise as a Diet and Weight Loss website. That's not how I use it ... and I feel this is a small-minded advertisement! They should be a "Healthy Living website" or even "Weight Management" would be acceptable.

Only go here if you're serious. You log in, and add EVERYTHING you eat throughout the day. It breaks down what you've eaten by it's nutritional information. It even spits out reports.

This website does take some time (maybe 5 minutes before or after eating), but I've found it to be an invaluable resource! Especially for a veggie trying to maintain a proper nutritional balance.
