I was asked why I chose Kook Tales to be the name of my blog.
Good Question!
Kook
It dates back to the dawn of Timily. Our very first months together. Kook does not really need to be explained. The sound of the word tells the whole meaning..odd, unique, quirky. To be kooky is not a bad thing~ Tim and I both proclaim our kookiness without shame. We have helped to spread the popularity of "kook" over the past 6 years. We have friends, family, and even a couple semi-strangers who have assimilated the word into their vocabulary. Whereas some folks whistle to get their companions attention in public, we "kook call." It sounds more like a bird call when done properly. We also have a sign language word for kook...
Tales
You know what tales are... but why not Kook Stories, Kook Sagas, or Kook Epics? If you're not a child of the late 80's you may not get it at first...

That's right ~ good ole Scrooge McDuck and his three sneaky nephews Huey, Dewey, and Louie.
